terkadang kita dihadapkan dengan situasi dimana kita RO tidak boleh merubah resef yang dibawa oleh pasien. walaupun kita tahu ada masalah. dan ini perlu komunikasi dengan pasien tersebut untuk mencoba me-refraksi ulang dan mencobanya hingga Pasien merasa nyaman dengan ukuran yang terbaru.
